45 minutes of musical magic!
Ever wondered what it feels like to pluck a harp string? Now’s your chance!
Join us at the Dragon Theatre for a bite-sized, 45-minute harp taster session. It’s the perfect way to experience the instant joy of making music on a handcrafted Welsh instrument.
In this session, you will:
- Meet the Discovery 16: Get hands-on with our famous lightweight harps, designed and built right here in Wales by Cambrian Harps.
- Learn the Basics: We’ll show you how to hold the harp and pluck your very first notes and tunes. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you can make a beautiful sound!
- No Stress, Just Fun: No musical background? No problem. This is a relaxed, informal session for the curious.
- Next Steps: If you get hooked (and we think you might!), find out how you can continue your journey with our online lessons or full workshops.
Perfect for: Busy locals, curious tourists, and anyone who has always said, "I'd love to try that one day."
Generously funded by Gwynedd Fusion Fund. Free to you, but MUST be booked. Suitable for age 6 - 14. A responsible adult must stay with the young person.
